Had a 13 vs 2 a few lil' bit ago, if the other team fled it was in the first 30 seconds. You know what that means, fighting your own team for WP for 15 minutes, the height of fun in a FPS. Que Rat saying everything is working properly.
Acquisition is terrible, matchmaking is terrible, your game is still riddled with bugs, you should feel bad.

Now if matches were reinforced after the first wave of people leaving within 30 seconds this wouldn't be a problem now would it? CCP's **** is still broken, there is no two ways about it.

But from my perspective, the reason we see these loopsided matches is not due to the matchmaker logic, but with player behaviour.
I don't care about the cause, the system is not working. Given CCP's past history my money is on that they inverted the the percentage complete requirement to refill matches. I know it has no problems throwing me into matches that are seconds away from over, yet never into one that had just started. I don't buy that they are tweaking it either, as nothing has gotten better, matches aren't reinforced and CCP just says everything is working fine. Far as they are concerned if a match starts full there is no problem to fix. They suck at their jobs.

You are hardy constructive in your feedback. Saying matchmaker is **** and CCP suck at their job won't help at all, but rather guarantee they won't listen to you. If you have real examples of games which you joined the last second, provide the rough time and the character you played with, and perhaps they will find the bug you are soooo sure is there... Hell, even Delt posted a picture of the flawed game, which means CCP have at least a chance to look at it. I might not agree with his conclusion, but at least it's somewhat helpful. PS: I don't experience the problems you describe, so for me at least the Matchmaker have improved a lot. The only loopsided games I see are due to players leaving.
He doesn't listen regardless, people post pictures he looks into and says everything worked fine, whats the point of being constructive when its pointless? As long as the teambuilder initially worked there is nothing wrong. He's said time and again everything is logged, he's free to look at my match history since the matchmaker was rolled out any time he pleases. Why do we have to do their job for them?

Everything's fine... But you won't do their job for them. You will help them do their job more efficiently (for your own benefit I might add). The quote you posted proves CCP looks into these complaints, not the opposite. If they look up the entire match history for all the players who rant on the forums we wouldn't see any hotfixes or updates at all. That's a 100% job for the entire team.
Frankly, not constantly chasing 2 guys around a map for 15 minutes should take precedence over updates. Skins in no way make that a more enjoyable experience. It's not like I am the only one with the problem, its widespread and makes playing the exact opposite of fun, which is why people play games after all.
