Racial Bonus, ARR is automatic so you don't have to continually press R1 at 380dp I believe it is, racial bonus. Caldari is not a hybrid race, they are not like the Gallente and Matari.

Dreis, that faster reload is precious time saved. And can sometimes keep you from dying. But yea, that bonus is pathetic, as is a caldari assault.
