My dear Cicero, do you not see that the will of the mob is unswayed by mere word alone? They crave blood, conflict, they demand a show, an event, a gala! Something! They want a tangible experience or a gratifying object! They care not for such dismissive tonalities or emotional tirades. Those are of empires past.
