Every good corp in EVE has to work to keep infiltrators out of their corp. Any corp that doesn't take it seriously risks being torn apart from the inside. As an example, here's an infamous heist that the Guiding Hand Social Club pulled off.

Which is a policy your corp should probably change come full release.
