Honestly,,I dont really care if they dont like playing in a squad. This is a team based game. Some may be so stupid they just dont know how to get into squad.

Everyone should be forced into squad. War points help towards OB's and letting Blues know where team mates are and where they are heading.

Alright how is the squad leader chosen? Not everyone knows how to give orders or to drop OBs. Also you can still work as a team without being in a squad. I know this first hand.

I understand that.,,,but If I see 4 greens running one way while the others run around like chickens with the heads cut off then I am going to follow the greens. I've had squad jumpers in my squad that don't work with the squad and run around like headless chickens. Also LR, KDR(lol stupid meaningless stat, WP/D is better), and W/L don't matter. I've seen people who have played for 2 years who don't know sht about being squad leaders. Also from what I heard, they tried forced squads in closed beta and it was horrible. I remember, not too long ago, playing with a guy that's been playing as long as I have (~2 1/2 years); he was complaining about how he put an afterburner on his tank and it wasn't working..... dafuq?
