I agree with you on the warbarge bit, I think the moment when we find a battle and are waiting for deployment we should be on the warbarge.
However forcing people into squads will not be a good thing. Some people are idiots and some don't know how to run with a squad. This would cause frustration amongst players.

Honestly,,I dont really care if they dont like playing in a squad. This is a team based game. Some may be so stupid they just dont know how to get into squad. Everyone should be forced into squad. War points help towards OB's and letting Blues know where team mates are and where they are heading.
Alright how is the squad leader chosen? Not everyone knows how to give orders or to drop OBs. Also you can still work as a team without being in a squad. I know this first hand.

Squad leader should be the senior member. Decide that by Loyaly rank, KDR, Win/loss Doesnt matter,,,try something.
Alright your not getting it. Forced squads won't solve anything at all. I've had squad jumpers in my squad that don't work with the squad and run around like headless chickens.
Also LR, KDR(lol stupid meaningless stat, WP/D is better), and W/L don't matter. I've seen people who have played for 2 years who don't know sh*t about being squad leaders.
Also from what I heard, they tried forced squads in closed beta and it was horrible. It does not work and should not be put in the game.
