I don't usually post these rage threads but this is ridiculous.
It's either crippling lag, disconnects or fatal errors after waiting 10 minutes for a single FW game. Seriously what the **** are you guys doing over there at shanghai.
What's even more ridiculous is that I'm TRYING to play your game, and you're not letting me.

I don't care yo, I've been a supporter for a LOOOONNGGG time, this is the first time I've actually gotten physically angry at the game, this coming from a loyal non-bitter vet should mean something to you CCP.

Fair enough Frame, that title was unnecessary but I wanted to get your attention. It's not just FW queue issues though, seriously. It's hard enough fighting against laggy players who hardly take damage or stop me from moving when they come into my screen, but now I have to fight YOU to play this game.
I've been with you guys for 2 years thick and thin, supporting you by buying AUR whenever I have disposable income, but this is getting ridiculous.

Both Rattati and I are looking into your and other players' reports of lag and queue issues that you are experiencing.
