I have used melee with cloak. It is good, but it is not OP because most GOOD frontline assault suits have more than 600 HP. (assuming they are not designed for flanking and dont have ewar mods on them, which will not make there inner scan circle give a scan db or 32/2 = 16db, you will probably get scanned at 12m radius)

I have a ewar assault suit. 16db scan precision at 12m. I will see you melee dudes and have a chance of killing you.

Or I might melee back with my caldari sentinel. 600 melee. Your scout might die.

You can most likely get a second hit in before they react though
