Mine is a good all-rounder. Very fun if you know what you're doing, but you're going to die A LOT if you don't; it's paper thin.
Scout M/1 Series
EK-A2 Breach Mass Driver (ladies and gentlemen, the minmatar shotgun, treat it like it fires slugs, but watch the blast, because you have no health whatsoever to play with)

It speed-hacks extremely quickly, with the cloak active (I also like to jump on top of CRUs before hacking, because reds rarely check there), the myofibs mean you can deal a decent amount of damage cloaked, the MD lets you kill hackers, snipers, and other stationary targets at a decent range (while the SMG mows down everyone in CQC), and it's very good at killing unsuspecting HAVs, and any LAVs.
