I'm not sure about being faster than the min scout but the min assault at base is the fastest suit, heck it's faster that the ******* amarr scout for reasons beyond me. Now besides having scout speed at base it can dual tank. Now I know what you're thinking "but Georgia! the Gal assault can also dual tank AND have better reps!" And you're correct BUT in this game speed tanking is most viable apparently and the min assault has a fairly huge stamina pool second only to the amarr but has the highest stamina regen, so you're basically a speedy dual tanker that can run right after such a brief break. Oh and the min has the highest base strafe speed

Best strafe in game you miss all of your shots (You will problay hit his shields alittle bit) they can also strafe through hmg bullets
YOU CAN run it like a shotgun scout

I think it affects all kinds of shooters with wonky physics.
CoD had Dropshots
BF2 had dolphin diving (this was the worst)
And Dust has the strafy Dance Dance revolution tactic.
