Doubt it, DUST has one critical feature that Destiny cannot kill off.

DUST is free. DLC costs money. Our spanish speaking amigos will keep the server alive for uswhile the ADHD elite here in the states go ooh and aaah over Destiny for about three weeks, lose the shiny feeling and come back here, where we get to torture and torment people.
