As a PROTO gal scout, with three complex dampeners can i avoid the toughest inner ring scans? I know i can avoid Duvolle Focused scanner and Ak.O scouts maxed passives but can i avoid the inner ring?
Cause if i cant i have a request, at max possible dampening CAN we avoid this? Custom to each scouts max available profile it would be nice to avoid this. As the gal, if you fill three of your lows, you can still put on a complex plate and complex shields and still have a tanked assault scout, so im worried about assault scouts coming back.
Especially cause Gallante is the most versatile scout of all of them, now they'll actually BE invisible scouts running around which is concerning if it were made true. So now i guess ill retract my request and just want an answer to my question.
P.S If possible does anyone have every dropsuit maxed? Would be cool to have so many choices. Not the frames. Thats 20 suits! I doubt someone would though.

I think you might get beaten by an maxed out ewar ammar scout but I'm not entirely sure.

A gal scout with 3 damps a plate and a couple of complex shield extenders.. they exist today.. Fairly sure it isn't a problem. |

Thats what i run when i use it, a complex ferroscale or complex kin cat. Dont need to use it too much now that scans have calmed down, but Amarr scout Ak.0s are very rare they only time ive seen them is when they're working with a squad or when they became more popular at first.

Gal scout with 3 damps =13 Db
Amarr scout with 2 precision = 20 Db outer, 18 Db middle and 16 Db inner
So yes you can. |

There's nothing a Gallente Scout with 3 CPX Dampeners can't beat.
Also, for that lovely low slot, I use a Code Breaker. It used to be a Kincat, but I prefer the extra hacking speed since I always used to get killed during my hacks.
For my highs, I have precision enhancers. I think I might have 2, or 1 and then the other a damage mod. Forgot.
EWAR allows you to perform better than extra health would on a Gallente Scout. This is purely my opinion. |

According to ProtoFits, no. That inner scan range is too strong too physically avoid, especially on an Amarr Scout, though I'm not sure if that site has the correct stats.
