Imagine if fitting capability and performance was affected by your skills and not a price-tag. Imagine if the slot-count on the suit was determined by the suit's role on the battlefield, not it's meta-level. Imagine a suit being balanced to be viable as itself, not terrible starting out and viable in the end-game (looking at you, Cloak Scouts). Imagine the end of Proto-stomping, because proto-stomping couldn't even exist. Imagine an end to the huge veteran vs newbie disparity in favor of skill-based longevity. Imagine an end to PC SP requirements as a standard. Imagine an end to flippant ISK payout balancing that does nothing to stop the rich from fielding high-end gear. Just imagine, for a moment, all the positive effects that could be garnished if we narrowed our focus and broadened our horizons. Imagine if we just implemented legitimate tieracide. You guys are like a broken record with this "CPM material" business xD Let it go

RR for example uses a heavier bullet, so lower RoF but damage increases. ScR uses a different crystal, so it loses range for its' damage.
