The Caldari really do need a buff, but not that much of a OverPowering buff like most buffs. The only reason why this is valid is because they apparently 'ran outta space' to put the rest of the racial variant stuff in. Which I'm still not buyin. Also I want to see those other racial things. Yeah, I don't want a crazy buff. I just want to be able to fight back again. Pretty broken right now Shields, the silent killer.
