I never thought I'd leave, but I have actual good battles maybe 10% of the time. I'm not the only one, almost to a man every veteran player I talk to is this way.
Why would payouts get buffed when a majority of players run BPO's , which produce all profit and zero risk .?. that's just counterproductive and is the REAL elephant in the room that EVERYONE is staying away from . It's a p!$$ poor mentality of either , " get in or get out " because it's a mechanic that a huge portion of the player base takes advantage of and it's like frack those who either can't afford one ( yeah because everyone has money to burn and no RW issues or problems if their playing a free game on a dam near 20 year old platform ) or seeing the flaw in this , just doesn't care to involve themselves because they simply don't agree with it .
Your going to pay players more for putting up zero ISK for the whole match .?. much less that whole day or the rest of their playing experience .?. and now they will play a huge part in PC as well .... this just seems to me like a cash grab if there ever was one and while yes , you pay RW money ... that's only one time for unlimited fits for the rest of your Dust playing experience and while you can obtain one playing FW , most use boosters to accomplish this feat because lets be real , your not getting a reasonable LP payout without running a couple of boosters . Even during the FW event , to me the LP payouts were just not enough unless you ran 2 or 3 boosters , again ... another mechanic that boost the potential of those who spend RW money .
Now I'm not against CCP making money , that's just dumb ... but to have that RW money to give such a distinctive advantage over those who don't have or can't afford to spend that money is just alienating a huge portion of your player base and that's balancing a fine line , somewhat sudo-tipping towards PTW because this game is being tailored to these same that do so but NO ONE says anything about it because their all indulging , not thinking about both sides of the scales .
Knock me if you will but I know that I just don't play as hard as I use to when I play game after game and see team after team fielding mostly BPO fits , it's watering this game down and the competitive aspect of it as well .
It's now encouraged to run cheep fits , how could anyone complain about payouts when this is going on ?

A lot of people were complaining about farming PC being a game breaking mechanic , isn't farming BPO's along the same lines ? Your stacking a $h!t ton of ISK , draining the pockets of the have not's and creating an unlimited supply for yourself while bankrupting the rest .
Edit : None of you would ever speak up because most of you indulge in this but at the same time a broken mechanic is the same so your silence doesn't mean or make you right .

You know you can be condescending all you like but it shows the people who really care about the actual health of this game and it's potential to reach across all aspects of potential participants so that numbers can rise and the overall ability of this game can shine , not just to and for those who are willing or can spend the money .
This is the reason why so many bugs linger ( not too many press the issues , they would rather have new and shiny instead ) , numbers have been stagnant on a console that number in the tens of millions but not even a forth of that play this game , not even a 16th of a forth of that ...and it's a shame too but keep on with this type of attitude , it's been going so great for this game so far .
No one wants to address real issues , they would rather get thrown bones and stay content with this hoshposh as long as they feel like their getting something out of the whole mix while you keep playing the same people and their alts over and over .
I guess your content with that , you and a vast majority I suppose .
Edit : I doubt you would be wiling to field standard and militia in a PC match , or would you ?
