Just had what's so far my "battle of the year"- it was an extremely brutal domination match. Both teams were fighting tooth and nail for both the objective and the CRUs surrounding it. Towards the end, the fighting got so thick around the objective that I stopped firing and just started mashing melee with my commando suit (and got a few kills that way as well). The whole situation kindof mindfucked me, because it seemed like the enemy team kept coming out of nowhere, yet everywhere at once; it probably seemed like the same to the other team due to how many uplinks we had hidden around. We ended up losing by clone count, but the enemy team had less than 5 clones left on their side as well, with both MCCs about ready to explode.
Turned out that the top 8 on both teams had over 1000 WP, while everyone else had around 800. For some reason I came out with a measly 180K isk, but 10K SP (without a booster)
The new matchmaker indeed does kick ass, so long as people don't ***** out and bail.

I've been online now on this seating for 2,5 hours, and I've managed to get into 3-4 matches. This is bad. How in the actual ****? My longest wait times (pub matches) are like, 30 seconds.

Except I didn't give it all I have, so... nanana booboo, stick your head in doodoo, I'm not wasting my best gear on a pub match. Although I did bump it up to using a few advanced fittings, which is unusual for me.
