In any mode with vehicles, the turrets (and depots/CRUs, often enough) are all popped within the first minute or two, having served no purpose but to feed a couple tanks WP. Would spice things up a bit if they were to drop in regularly, keeping vehicles on their toes and potentially changing the dynamics of a battle as they do in OMS, should a blaster drop close to you right before an enemy squad pushes your last point, or a rail fall with a great angle on a rampaging tank (or the aforementioned blaster turret!). Would also make "Destroy X Installations" less miserable for everyone.

I would like it for installations to drop every three minutes. 1. They can be used in a tactical way to help team win. 2. It will give more points to infantry who hack and tankers who destroy. 3. It can help friendly Havs wipeout enemy Havs

I've made a suggestion like this before where Turrets are actually unable to be destroyed and instead enter a reinforced state once their HP are reduced to 0 which resets them to neutral status and deactivates them as they slowly repair to a certain threshold (perhaps 35-45%) before reactivating.
Entirely new turrets dropping every 3 minutes with 10000 HP, much more aggressive AI, and that are free..... seems a bit iffy to me.

I've talked to several people about this, and it usually came to:
1: All installations would need a eHP reduction.
2: It would be better to base it off of either WP drops, ISK drops, or both than timers, because they would cost little to nothing to actually take them out.
3: turrets needs to be able to target infantry again, as currently there's no reason for infantry to actually give a **** about them other than to annoy pilots, and for the most part, they are just annoing things that takes up way too much time of a pilot due to their high eHP.
Also, CRU's and SD's are hardly ever killed due to their placement and their high as hell HP.
