This speaks directly to PLAYER RETENTION! This also speaks to matchmaking. I don't what was done that caused it, but everybody who used to play this game has left! Why? I don't know, but I'm sure it had a ton to do with lag, unfulfilled promises, that mind you CCP Rattati has been working on, and all around glitches and bugs that have far outlived their welcome! As I said, CCP Rattati has indeed been working on issues and fixes, but there are a few things that we're willing to wait for to see done right! Then there are things that we would love to see fixed asap! Those players that left still check in! On the forums or in-game, they come through to see if things are better. They run into some of the same issues and leave again?! Some of my buddies have come back recently, and I am glad to see em, but their complaints haven't changed. To give credit where it is due, CCP Rattati and co. have done an amazing job with what they were given to work with. That being said, what I don't want is for them to rush to put out content without fixing bugs just to please the remaining players left. Fix bugs, glitches, and lag, and watch players poor in! The jumpy mods come to mind when we talk about unnecessary content that made hit detection worse! "Anybody order chaos?"

I primarily played Ambush and the new matchmaking seriously screwed me over to the point to where it was practically unplayable for me. The game was revived for me though with the introduction of the Acquisition gamemode. Acquisition is all I play now; it's amazing.

Good times. Acquisition is terrible, matchmaking is terrible, your game is still riddled with bugs, you should feel bad.

I'd start by bringing back non-avatar team/squad lists so we can join squads. Then lose Dom and make sure train map has a correct rotation. Then remove shared scans from pubs. And that's about enough for a start. Punchline: These are all cheap-ass band-aids, but that's the way Rattati's working right now. I like to believe that's because CCP is giving him no resources. In the end, if head office doesn't get behind Shanghai and allow then to fix some(well, lots of) code, there's nowhere to go but down. PSN: RationalSpark

Yup, and CCP seems OBLIVIOUS to how these 10 vs 11 matches (that is how many they start with) are leading to a perception that the game doesn't have enough players to even fill a match. It is also RUINING the player experience because these maps were designed with 32 vs 32 in mind, 64 vs 64 on some... So to put 10 vs 10 on such huge maps is RIDICULOUS. http://caughtyouflinching.ytmnd.com/
