Not gonna lie. Two highest moments in my Dust career.
The 5 day defense against ERA. We won 30 out of 33 fights against ERA over 5 days. Once the weekend hit, Hellstorm came in with Kujo and Soul and we finally lost our last districts before eventually joining DNS. Gotta admit, those 30 fights were some of the best fun I've ever had in this game.
The other moment was the 73 clone victory versus Outer Heaven. We convinced California Catdoge and Fusion Commander to fight against OH again when we were low on clones in that match. They thought "LOL there's no way they can pull this off." and they joined our thought to be feeble 73 clone defense.
They got steamrolled. HARD. Before this, OH put up some insane fights. Wire to Wire. Now, we had joked that Doge, Fusion, and NoNeck carried them, but that turned out to be more true than we thought. That was literally their slay power at the time. NoNeck couldn't do enough work in that fight, and they got massacred in 5 point bridge. Then they made mistake #2. They kicked Doge and Fusion out of OH over it.
Needless to say, FA began their offensive. OH withdrew, gracefully, from PC a short while afterwards.
I have more War stories, but these two are my favorites. One is a full week of intense PC, and the other is practically a PC record in Dust514 (Nobody had defended that low on clones versus a well established PC team).
Eh, screw it. Bonus Stories.
Waters from FA has the record for most PC deaths. He went 72 was the record. Never AFK around FA.
Dwater once lost FA a PC all by himself. We were ahead on MCC, with more than enough to withdraw. We were REALLY low on clones though. We give the word to pull out. Other team knows our trick, starts going crazy hunting people down. Everyone is in the redline with 1 clone left.
Except one person. Dwater WAS STILL IN HIS TANK.
Cue tons of screaming at Dwater and telling him to head for the redline for his freaking life.
He got OB'd. Comms went crazy.
We cried in the warbarge. I've never heard someone apologize that much after the PC.
