If you spend hundreds of dollars on alts to farm passive ISK and then sell a couple of million SP will DUST explode? Is it game breaking if someone chooses to buy boosters to make and then sell SP? As it is, if someone wants to buy and stack boosters, they can make millions of ISK per week (maths). So why not allow unallocated SP to be traded like everything else? What are you afraid of? Discuss (dangles shiny bobble) Seriously though. Discuss. "Stay gold, Ponyboy..."

Also I believe that if you earn it and level up naturally you will be better at that role than if you spent isk to buy the SP you need to get proto. I don't like the idea, I prefer earning your way up. However they do this in Eve, but it's a subscription game and takes a bit of time to get a decent character worth trading , and CCP has a fee.
