That's good because they are proto but bad because it is TOO STRONG.
The biggest reason I see they are op is stacking hardeners. Allowing only one will make it easier to destroy those pro tanks.
I encountered a pro maddie with the following fit-
Adv madrugar
Adv blaster
Std damage mod
Std scanner
Std injector
Std hardener
Std 120 plate
2 std reps
TWICE I did it and both times I was destroyed. It's obvious that they are double, maybe even triple hardening as it is SO HARD TO TAKE OUT AT LEAST HALF THEIR ARMOR.
No av was near to help. It was just tank to tank.
