We've covered this argument before, and it's changed with the new matchmaker.
The only purpose of the leaderboard is to show how each player individually performed. If you get revived, that was someone else picking your ass up after you ****** up. Not you reviving yourself. In that light, all deaths should count, no matter how many revives.
however, If you're constantly running with a squad, the matchmaker needs to know this. The matchmaker will THINK you die less if a logi is constantly picking up after your shittiness, and therefore put you in matches above your individual skill, but appropriate to your squad's skill.
Your move.

If that's okay with you, so be it. I'm neutral on this.

If that's okay with you, so be it. I'm neutral on this. I don't agree because everyone would have less deaths. The only thing that could change is the behavior of the player base about being revived. And sometimes less deaths its equal to less people leaving the battles. In my opinion the matchmaker is fine (with few exceptions) after the last patch. Not everyone, people who squad will have far less deaths than people who don't squad.
It also doesn't make sense to think that this will make people stay in the battle, because changing a number displayed won't change how often you ACTUALLY eat too many bullets.
