Is it true you are selling them? i was told that anyone who wants to buy one should email Dark Cloud from Rainbow Effect about how to get their hands on one.

Be warned, it has range like Charge - 400m, crosshair like tactical - circle & not affected by ammo skill...
PS: maybe CCP forgot to change stat. on it... most weird and rarest SR, yet doesn't make any sense to bring that to battle

Its not supposed to be used in battle. Its a collectors item which you should be happy to have one.
