What's going on is that sentinels have always been the go-to suit for rich idiots. The more ISK you can throw at it, the less you have to think on the battlefield.
Now that some thought is required, the community of rich idiots using them don't understand why throwing more ISK isn't working as well as it used to, and they're getting killed.
I still play sentinels, and they're good within their niche, which is point defense.

My jumpy jumpy guy says your a liar. But you're right they are tough when the ceiling is low.
Your jumpy jumping doesn't do **** that you couldn't do from the ground.
It's just moderately confusing and entertaining.
