In my 3 years of DUSTing I still have never skilled into them. It's just such a scrubby weapon cuz of how damn good it is haha.

Running around with 2 or 3 logi rep beams on you is equally scrubby, and Core Locus grenades and REs are great for breaking up the logi circle jerk.

I did eventually skill into them, figured if I cant avoid dying to a core on the other side of the room or bouncing off my helmet when I'm behind cover, I might as well try them myself
but mine never seem to do any damage if they hit the ground, even in a blob of a dozen enemies trying to get through a doorway, and every time I try to cook them I just blow myself up |

I've been playing for well over 2 years and I have never even once had the skills necessary to use core locus grenades. I don't even know why to be honest...... I've got mills of SP unallocated...

I used to think locus grenades were absolute ****... Because I only used standard.
Then, for some odd reason I put m1s on my A/1 Amarr Scout. I actually got a double kill with a perfect cook on the first game I played with the suit. Now, they are a regular on my advanced suits.
