In my 3 years of DUSTing I still have never skilled into them. It's just such a scrubby weapon cuz of how damn good it is haha.

Atleast get level 4 grenades and see if you like the m8 packed. Same damage as a core locus but you need to be more accurate when throwing them I have 0 SP in infantry right now and aim to keep it that way lol, but I always used to the level 3 ones, whatever those were. They were more than plenty to get the job done, but mostly because I'm a master chef

I did eventually skill into them, figured if I cant avoid dying to a core on the other side of the room or bouncing off my helmet when I'm behind cover, I might as well try them myself but mine never seem to do any damage if they hit the ground, even in a blob of a dozen enemies trying to get through a doorway, and every time I try to cook them I just blow myself up I mastered cooking waaaaaay back, but ive always had a very good sense for timings. Its the whole reason I rarely die to forge guns, because I have a very innate sense of how long they take to charge and travel, making them easier to evade.
Its easy enough to train though, just set up and all militia or bpo suit and just practice. Fuse timer is the same across the board

Powerh8er wrote:"Have played dust for years, still havent skilled into core nades, claims he hates them, no wonder idiot, you havent skilled into them!" Now if that aint videogame comedy gold, i dont know what is I know right, it's almost like I have to skill into them and use them myself to understand how high their damage and radius is. Wow, your logic is supreme. I tremble at your intelligence that clearly barely supersedes the intellect of the dirt beneath my feet.
ALL HAIL YOUR BRAIN!!!
