team/squad with new chat changes are a detriment to pc.

No way to do last minute squad member tweaks in the warbarge. No way to give squad lead back to a dc'ed squad leader. no way to hop into a squad on your own if you disconnect, are a replacement, or come in late. This issue needs to be adressed. PC has taken alot of hits lately, and this one could prove to too much of a hassle for many people to bother with. The Naughty Ninjas CEO Minmatar scout/assault

This forces longer setup times before the PC getting squad composition together. Being able to make these adjustments in the warbarge with the entire team/squads laid out before you made it so simple. And god forbid you have ringers or worse, language barriers. This new system makes things needlessly difficult. FCs already have alot on their plate. And in pubs, its a teamwork killer. The Naughty Ninjas CEO Minmatar scout/assault
