Heavy is not designed to change the defensive position every 5 minutes and a goal that can be 300 meters across the field.
Funny, I use the heavy as an attack/line breaker platform. It excels in the role once you get close because the enemy will prioritize killing you and ignore your team. This is why BPOs and STD fits are the best for attacking. Cheap, destructive tthrowaway attack suits.

they're probably fixing the dispersion.
Which means Heavies will be able to hit people at ranges longer than that of a spitball launcher (barely)
