i tried to tranfer isk to one of my alts but it said i needed loyalty rank 4. so now most of us cant even transfer isk meaning that you cant even buy items from other players. WTF. what good is player trade now?! or any player interaction?!
I hope to rise through all 12 ranks of Fire Star and join the elites.

Yeah it sucks. The Loyalty Rank requirement was only said to be for trading items, not Isk.
Hopefully it's just an oversight and will be fixed.

I am lvl 8 , so it's not affecting me..but that is pretty fudged up. I'm thinking an oversight as well, they going to have to figure out something...or there is going to be some really angry people. |

Items only? Sorry, that is not how I read the patch notes. Considering how few loyalty points (not those other loyalty points) one gets a day it makes even trying look like a losing game. Why bother?
Looks like everyone under LR4 just got the long end of the shank. Now, here is the funny thing. Why would anyone want to have a friend join us down here in the Dust? They have to grind away on their own, taxed so they will be abused like the pod peeps are and feel like the cannon fodder they are destined to leave Dust as.
Many F2P games out there. None treat new players this badly. 
My favorite tank is a Lightning. Just sayin.
