It just doesn't work right since the damage profile was changed from 95/110. Either way I'm out gunned by everything close range and long range this weapon is trash. Please fix it.
I could sit here and cite stats but since you have them anyway it would be superfluous to do so. Nonetheless, try it out yourself and see how utterly useless it wil be verses anything jut a lightly clad scout. It's pis poor verse are too.. Due to the high tank ability of armor. Other b weapons still do considerable damage to armor making it pretty bad.

That's the problem. Any other gun would by default do better verses low ehp fits. Hell ascr does more dps to armor than the acr. Because the damage is so low.
With the assault scrambler, better dps than the acr, the gal AR better (in CQC but also at mid range), even rail rifles are better at the range th is gun is supposed to be good.
Let's face it. It needs a damage tweak... Not buff tweak. Use it.use a bk42 for a day with a complex mods on an assault suit and tell me that it works.

Anyone familiar with Cr will tell you that the Cr is pretty much better in every aspect besides ammo capacity. And full auto . The acr is a low dps variant thats easier to use . Since it mimics the AR you gotta take some more time to kill targets instead of bursting the damage. The acr has roughly 2/3 the damage per bullet and 150% the rof of the ar. Coupled with its profile and decent range , you shouldn't have problems unless you don't burst fire and don't focus on one target. Picking easy targets is also a good idea. Ideal range, 10-50 mtrs. 60 if your a good shot.
to be fair, remember im mentioning the ACR. The regular combat rifle is fine, it just suffers horribly from lag issues which is another topic altogether.
Here i refer only to the assault combat. which used to be good but then got a damage nerf and now is crippled...

Well i certainly dnt want it to outshine the gal ar. The gal ar is finally balanced. Still the niche the ACR had was completely destroyed when its damage was nerfed. i dnt want more damage i want its previously damage output back.

dude when an smg can beat an ACR there is a problem. The regular AR is actually quite balanced. Its not the god machine it was before, but it can beat an ARR and is on par with the ASCr.

At close range I am not sure what guns you lose to. And I guess what suits. The ACR is amazing against armour suits though thickly veiled Amarrs can be an issue. Unless youGÇÖre running it on a Minmitar assault. All dem bullits.
Thats the thing verses shields of course its bad, but since armor is easy to tank (im cool with that) it has problems chewing through armor as well. so, the suit isnt particularly the issue at this point.
as far as guns i lose too, ... all the ARs, except tac in cqc, ARR and sometimes regular RR in cqc, Scr, and Ascr, Assault smg. in cqc (not including shotguns because well yeah its supposed to rock).
Since in order of greatest to least range advantage its supposed to be:
CQC Gar Acr ARR Ascr
Long Ascr ARR Acr Gar
this is between the assault variants. the same model service for the othein the ir respective ranges.r variants.
right now it looks like this:
CQC Gar = Ascr ARR Acr
long Ascr ARR Gar = Acr (mostly because of hit detection and the high fire rate plus low damage per shot)

You are saying that if you hipfire at 15 meters range, the SMG is going to outperform the ACR because of its bigger magazine. And for this reason you think the ACR needs a buff. Is this an accurate description of your position?
No. i was just making a point that ACR is losing out in its rnge to things its not supposed to such as ARr and Ascr.

m point is its not functioning properly at its range verses other ARs.
Im asking that it be adjusted not buffed to become OP. I dnt know why everyone thinks that asking to adjust a weapon will automatically cause ti to be OP. Im not posting the numbers on it because i dnt want it to be too good, at the same time in cqc if i dnt miss i shouldnt lose to ARR and Ascr in my optimal. is that too much to ask?
