You know, you're not supposed to run directly into the barrel of a tank, while trying to shoot it with a Scrambler Pistol.
The only time you will ever get killed by a tank, is if you are not paying attention to your surroundings, or let another player herd you into one.

You're saying that you can't follow a massive rolling vehicle, that is ALWAYS visible from the overhead map? Not only that, but it makes noise from more than 200m out... and now appears on the radar through walls as well?
If I know a tank is on the field, I can follow it. I can choose when I want t move across an area, so that the tank never sees me. Anyone else can do this too. :/
I can also use terrain to prevent the tank from ever being able to kill me.
The only times I've died to tanks, that I can remember, while playing infantry, are when I'm poking at them, or I run across a large field without checking the positions of the vehicles.
Now, I wish for you to clarify what you meant by "lie", because you're just vaguely slapping words out without any backing.
