Should you use them in PUBS/FW? Hells yes.
In PC? Hells nah. Despite the ridiculous mullah you can make & never lose sht. No APEX in PC. Problem solved.
If you go the hard way & earn it, unless your running starter fits or full BPO suits you spend more time losing ISK because it
was SUCH a great idea to get rid of ISK pay, so by the time you get it, if you have the opportunity to make back all your ISK
and then some, id say you'd better run and enjoy that APEX suit as much as you can.

People just don't understand how screw up this is and it's not just " Field your own APEX ." , that shouldn't be the answer to me , it's like bailing out the banks in the U.S. & E.U. ... you giving these same people carte blanch and the have not's have to suffer .

You get a BPO a set of your choice, make ISK.
Now you have enough ISK coming out of all your orifices so you can run proto all le time.
You start to lose ISK, you run APEX.
So basically a never ending protostomp because you always have an Ace up you sleeve in case things get to hot.
So, nothing has changed, it might have just made it a whole lot worse. Horay for logic thrown out the window!
You are correct. So it be even more so when trading comes out, because people want BPOs, make whole BPO sets, cost
NO ISK, so now the rich get richer, everyone is fair- ir unfair- game, and the ones not fortunate enough to have the ISK to pay
up, almost get completely stamped out.
Nothing has changed as far as DUST economy and thats going downhill fast unless theres some sort of system set to stop it.
No idea what that system could be though.
