I'll be raising my prices. I just haven't edited my stuff on Trello and I can't edit my bazaar post.
I'll honor prices I've agreed to so far, but I'll keep the vast majority of my officer gear until things level out. I'd like to be more of a buyer and sell within my alliance.

I think it depends on how quick PC gets sorted out and if it's deemed interesting enough to become active again. Big wars, CP. corps/alliances matter.
I'm going to try and stock up because it's really all meaningless if they don't make things interesting soon.

The last time I played PC, shortly after flaylok introduction... (so it;s been a while)all I seen was core locus nade, mass driver, flaylok pistols and a sniper on the horizon , lol. Explosions everywhere, when the lag would let me see it.
Right now, no. But if the overall rewards are worthwhile and there is enough supply I could see people using certain things regularly.
If the ISK is similar to what it used to be I think it will certainly lead to officer stuff in PC. Especially if winners salvage.
