I would swap out one of those plates for a dampner and swap one for a kin cat. I know it is assault but speed is huge and Cal focus the shields.
Remember to spam nades with this build. Typical logi move (I have done this with my Proto Min Slater Logi) stand in a nanohive and rain nades on stair wells when assaults push. I usually go flux, but I run a CR and like mass equipment dead zones.
If you want another build I use on my slayer logi -
Highs:
2 extenders
2 myos
1 charger
Lows:
1 Armor Plate
1 Armor Rep
1 Dampner
1 Red or Green
Core Nades
Equipment:
Basic Cloak
Rep Hive
Ammo Hive
Weapon: Choice - Shotgun for close, AR - close, CR for range, Mass Driver if you plan to rain death
Don't forget with the myos and red you can melee pretty hard if you get in close.
Ok, I hate REs and Blues. So I am going to use them until they stop me!

Yeah, unless it's an open map, dampeners are the way to go.
Well, just one really.
I would maybe swap a plate for a reactive. While you do have rep hives, you don't want to rely on them, seeing as the Caldari have the lowest base armor rep.
Another option is to run a sprint mod, but I'm assuming you are super low on resources anyways. The most effective slayer suits are ones that can run in and run out. With 3 plates on a logi you are gonna be really slow...that said you can still be good if you patrol a small area instead of running around the map.
