What about instead of putting them up for sale create a corp SKIN module license? The colors are linked to the three chosen colors on the logo creation screen.
The license to wear this corp specific skin would be funded weekly by command points proportional to the size of the corp.
Or, you could create a new checkbox in the corp roles tab that defines who can wear the SKIN, so you don't have to pay for everyone to wear it. If you don't have enough CPs to pay the license, the SKIN displays a default color scheme.

The logo creation screen misses a lot of colors / shades which is a pretty big negative IMO.

Then they could either add more colors or leave it as is, a super basic paint bucket, in order to incentivize purchase of other CCP created suits.
The three color option here could allow for 'basic' customization of 3 suit factors.
1. Base dropsuit color
2. Dropsuit trim color
3. Lights and Suit Tint/Shade

Having a corporation CP cost (and maybe a very low one-time AUR or ISK purchase per player) to use these SKINs on a weekly would encourage player activity. If you want your buddies to keep wearing their corp colors try completing one more daily objective for the cause.
