Rattati does not want to have to deal with the balance issues of all of them at once. Too much work for such a small team. He will probably want to do a few balance passes on the HAV's before introducing the next set of vehicles.

Can you link this statement from a dev? i've looked onto the matter a little and found nothing regarding DS/LAV.

Statement? He's telling you that they aren't even mentioning it because they want to fix what they're putting out NOW before they even attempt to look at other introductions.... then you ask him to show the response that the devs are not saying as confirmation for not saying it?

That logic is all kinds of broken.

Amarr HAVs will have more eHP and will be be just as slow at turning as gallente HAVs, but even slower in a straight line than caldari HAVs are. But Minmatar and amarr LAVs and dropships make everything else obsolete. You either want minmatar because they're the fastest, or amarr because they're the only ones that won't get 1 shotted. Some details can be ignored
