I still reserve the Officer suits, when you reach LR 4 or when they take the restriction down.
I will be able to sell you all 'Quafe' vehicle parts, because LR4 players can send to LR1-3 players, but for ISK only at the moment.

I didn't have the ISK for it though, that's why I was going to trade the BE Assault rifles for the tanks and turrets.
Well, then you have to grind the ISK to pay for the vehicle stuff.

It's 1,650,000 ISK. It's easy to make that much just by running starter fits through a few Ambushes.
