It ends up with a 5 vs 16 annoying fights. Fix the game before trying to add anything else. (Hint: hit detection, lags, glitches,.. you've got some work :) )

I think it's time for CCP to introduce 2 things: a) Auto balancing for pub matches with benefits for people who volunteer to switch teams b) drawbacks for people who leave matches early like havnig to pay a fee or being blocked from joining a new match for a few minutes.
