I understand your reasoning but you have every little knowledge of the star wars universe. A Y-Wing is a bomber class star fighter and can manuver like an X-Wing. So I doubt they can be used as Helis. Troop carriers, such as the Imperial Troop Transport (ITT) can be used as helis (or I would assume they could be do to the nature of it) to a certain extent. Sure all star fighters have the ability to hover and such, however they are better off moving around the field of battle rather than hovering in one spot. I find your lack of heaviness... disturbing...

I'd rather have an HD remake of battlefront 2 come out then the inflated turd that is projected to release in November. The second battlefront game was an improvement, though the first one was good. I don't see EA trying to improve anything in the future, not only because of precedent, but they just don't think it'll be profitable. Their buisness model seems to be "fine tune graphics, fiddle with some numbers, take stuff out of the main game, package it as dlc, don't finish the game, and release the turd everyone and their mother will pay for because where else are they gonna get their battlefront fix? I played both Battlefronts for hundreds of hours on end each one, but the one that left a more lasting impression was, by far, the first one.
