All the players who like easy wins fight for Minmatar and Gallente
Caldari and Amarr get stuck with newbies....
I once headshot sgit kirk with a sniper rifle once you know

Caldari and Amarr get stuck with newbies.... I'd say its 50/50 there. Gallente has a lot of loyalists, but is by far and a way the easiest to win so the stat padders go there. Minmatar also has a lot of loyalists, but as pretty much everything Minmatar related is FoTM at the moment FoTM scrubs run it. If you run Caldari or Amarr (like myself) you are either a loyalist, a masochist, or a noob. It is virtually impossible to ein Caldari or Amarr solo.
Now if we had FW corps (enlisting into a faction get bonuse lp to your self and corp mates and being able to choose what system you want to hold down) more players would come back and start turning the table
