Was wondering if anybody knows, when Project Legion is out, will Dust be shut down?

We know exactly nothing about project Legion.
We don't know when Dust 514 will be shutting down, but we're getting a patch or two in the next 3 - 6 months so... not soon.

As of April 9, 2015, we have about 330 days of DUST 514 left. Enjoy them!

As others have said, we don't know many things:
1. Is Legion still coming out?
2. Will Legion just be DUST on the PC?
3. Will our Aurum, BPO's, or Skill Points transfer?
4. How much longer will DUST last?
5. Will there be any 'significant' developments to DUST?
6. How much farther can DUST go?
7. Will DUST acquire new blood?
8. Will DUST's number of players hold steady?
We don't know. I would not be surprised if CCP didn't know the answers to most of these questions.
