As a lord of fashion, these are some skins I would like to see.
Name: Obsidian Shimmer
Type: Amarr medium (basic, assault, logistics)
Color(s): all black, but iridescently shimmering in blue, green, and violet. Example 1, and 2
Eye lights: blue (this shade)
Name: Desert Shock
Type: Minmatar medium (basic, medium, logistics)
Colors: very light tan base, light brown top plating and pieces, but with arms messily sprayed bright red and gradually fade back to the light tan color around the shoulder. The arms will look bloody, which will really stand out with the light color of everything else.
Eye lights: orange.
I would buy these.

Colours: Based Layered Colour is a Dark Gray, which is highlighted by a sickly, pale shade of mucus green, and finished off with a malign and corrupting sickly green glow from its eye lighting.
Examples: 1 and 2
Eyes: Corrupting Green
Purpose: Amarr validate form as a part of function. I fundamentally believe that if the amarr were to deploy a unit to a toxic planet or some kind of low visibility back water they'd want an eerie revenant feel for their troopers. I like the bright Amarrian colours but exploring the darker aspects of their culture is also a win for everyone.
Alternate Scheme Name: Defiler
Type: Amarr Medium
Colours: Fleshy Red Base, Highlighted by Pure White Plating, segemented joints stained with the same deep fleshy red. Eyes are a Regal Red or Corruption Green.
Example : 1
Name: Royal Guard
Type: Amarr Light, Medium
Colours: Base dark gray, essential armour plates are highlighted in a lighter gray namely the chest plate, greaves, bracers, boots, and knuckles however the battle skirt, epaulettes, and all aspects that look as would be a section of draped fabric and a brilliant orange with a yellow outline. Black or Yellow Eyes.
Example: 1

Color(s): Black and brown base of the suit with all the plating and bars in yellow, a bit like the Power loader from the alien movie or a caterpillar truck. Caution stripes is a bonus.

Basically just bring back this old Dust skin (used to be on the Dragonfly scout).

Having a Khanid color scheme for the Amarr suits would be excellent too.

More than anything, I want my 'hazard' logi back :/
It was a closed beta dropsuit coloration consumable with a dark orange and dark grey scheme, but it was changed to a default logi skin after uprising hit. This is also what happened to the red and white scout pictured above.

I'd really like a Federate Assault Issue suit. Stylized after the Megathron Federate issue, but I guess that would be more of a Faction Warfare specialist suit than a SKIN.

As long as 5/6 (83%) of infantry AV weapons are Anti Armor based you're never going to achieve vehicle balance CCP

Colors: Brightly colored fire colors that go down in brightness the further down you go down the suit. So by the time you reach the legs, it's already very charred, and below the ankles is Proto black.
