I'd rather not say as he's said he and the top 30 players are in a private chat channel with CCP RATTAI and other Dev's and GM's. I do know the person is in a basic corp but i don't want to start having this guy making the rest of my nooblings want to quit. I found out you can instantly file a grief report to Sony by pressing triangle on the messages on PSN so hopefully someone will take action against this guy. You are handling this correctly. I am glad to see the people here gave you the correct advice.
It is possible that this guy is in a chat channel with CCP Rattati, as Rattati makes himself very accessible, but that does not mean Rattati or one of his staff wonGÇÖt slap the guy down through proper channels when this is brought to their attention.
When the harassment went to the PSN, it became out of game harassment, which is a very big No No from CCPGÇÖs perspective.
I always appreciate a CEO who goes above and beyond to look after his members. Good job!

It is apparently (from my quick searching on the PSN website) possible to report people from the PS3 XMB itself. well luckily hes managed to take pics of it all on a blackberry and send them straight to his PS3, so he has attached a file to a CCP support ticket (thanks by the way shaman oga) i'm going throught steps to do the same with Sony now. Photos always help with this sort of thing.

This has been sorted it so stop spreading rubbish about my CEO (TheD1CK) on here. If your main is in DMG and if it was TheD1CK that was being accused of harassment, then I am sure he will not be happy that you posted his name in this thread. (Lion ElJonson did not name names.) Also, since you say it has been sorted, I am hoping that if it was he, that it was just a misunderstanding, as I have never known TheD1CK to actually act like a ****.

This thread takes lolDMG to another level. Well he is in the PC discussion Skype chat with Rattati and 30 other representatives of PC Corps. Many of those are Top players or at least Top Corps. So, technically he is in a chat channel of Top Players, even if he is there to represent the new Corps trying to break into PC, as he runs one of only two Corps known to have managed it after the main PC Corps were established.
