My internet isnt the best, I lag alot too, but that really isnt a problem since I know how to deal with the lag.
This stuff tends to happen if you leave for over a year due to real life problems. Iv only been playing this game again for a month and it seems worse than when I left.

I just love how everyone claims its my fault when I havent done anything wrong in the game. No wonder the playerbase is still low when you all attack anyone who brings problems in the open.
