You're right, they're adding variants of Caldari and Gallente vehicles that will perform exactly as an Amarr and Minmatar vehicle would perform, have Amarr and Minmatar slot layouts, Amarr and Minmatar base stats, have the color of an Amarr and Minmatar vehicle, and be named in a fashion that is Amarr and Minmatar. However, because the actual shape of the HAV is not different, they are most definitely nothing like Amarr and Minmatar vehicles would be.

I simply call it like I see it.
Proof that indeed despite all rationality, some people would prefer to have nothing over something.

There is a difference between having arbitrarily low expectations and being reasonable.
I think this tank addition is reasonable.
