Check if you got a Roden Sniper rifle? They don't appear in your assets for some reason, only in the fitting screen when selecting a weapon.
I went though the "assets". I checked again and still only have 1 "experimental" weapon. The only thing Roden I have is the commando BPO which I got in the first couple days. Even went back and checked grenades/ items in red.....Nada

Just went back and re-read the patch notes.... "this subsystem is capable of synthesizing both conventional and experimental weapons. The full list of weapons can be found in the Patch Notes and are meant to be placed between Prototype weapons and Officer weapons." - Experimental Laboratory granting exclusive Experimental Gear. Stats listed in comparison to their prototype version:

Maybe it would be better to have them delivered after next relog to avoid all the confussion.
