All other rifle variants across all other rifles now have variants unlocked at all tiers (militia aSCR, for instance). Why can't we get standard and militia burst and tactical ARs and militia breach ARs?

Yes, please give us standard variants of the two ARs thst are actually competitive. That would be lovely.

The strangest part is that there is a standard burst AR but only in the LP store.
Also, did the y tweak the burst? I've never heard of them being any more competitive than the normal variant.

Yeah, it got a decent buff a few hot fix passes ago. It's still no combat rifle, not even close, but it's better than the basic variant. It's due another buff soon by all accounts. Hoping for a tighter hip fire spread and a four-round burst.

I think that, along with this, we should bring parity to the rest of the assault rifles: tactical combat rifle, burst scrambler rifle, tactical and burst rail rifle.
The game doesn't have enough semi-automatic light weapons, if you ask me.

I am trying my best to imagine a burst rail rifle, but it doesn't make sense. How about a charged variant, where you charge up the gun and it fires off a number of rounds proportional to the charge time?

I eagerly anticipate the Tactical RR. Similar to the BP mechanic: shorter charge, less damage per shot than BP.

Honestly, the only problem I have with with the new weapons is the fact that they will be soooooo abused by turbo control users.

We had standard Tac and Burst in the past, and, as mentioned, there actually is a standard Burst on the APEX Galmando. *Should* be the easiest thing to bring them back (along with all the other variants we used to have - standard AMD, AFG, et cetera) and we really do need them.

They mostly disappeared some time around Uprising 1.0 from what I can remember, maybe even a little earlier. It's been a long time. No idea why they were pulled, really.
