I do not run armor plates on any of my minja fits, speed is more valuable than Hp...here is a pub fit i use. And yes if scanners come out everything goes to shit so i just pull out damps;

you sounded a bit to serious there. As for the cloak, i would almost never run one unless on point over watch/infiltration if the E-war system was working. Like if i could see sentinels that were around a corner BEFORE i ran around that corner i would not need to cloak up and run away...same goes for assaults..
i could always juke (pretend to run, then corner camp) him but i can't see him on my tacnet so how do i know when to jump out and stab? E-war is the most unreliable mechanic in dust...i wish scouts went back to their 1.6 days where caldari got the precision bonus and gallante got the damp bonus. AND when E-war worked :P

The bold thing is to bypass dust's cuss-word censorship. You mean Scout514? That was pretty terriblr for others, (not for me, i joined in on the fotm party) where scouts could slay waaaay better than any other suit. Calscout + 2x enhanced armor plates + ACR = OPplznerfccp back then.
1.8 was scout 514...

scout 514 was when cloaks were super OP, E-war worked even with a cloak on, directional arrows were still implemented and a cal scout was a better choice than a cal assault.

EWAR's in a much better state now though.
personally i disagree. Maybe its just me but i will watch some of my recordings to see for myself (if it is my brain or if E-war actually doesn't work)

I admire blitz, not because of his rage but his drive to win...and he knows who is good and who isn't! True FC if i ever did see one.
yeah, dreis doesnt voice but he has a scottish accent (from scottland right?)
That makes 3 with accents, including your american and my aussie accents
