And I guess it would be outlandish for me to think that a group from Fraunch-speaking France and another group from Fraunch-speaking Quebec, that are both under the same alliance, would possibly transfer districts between themselves... No need to bicker, I can appreciate the contributions Fraunch speakers have made to the world we live in... Be just and if you can't be just be arbitrary.
