I am selling things for very cheap so I can sell fast and other people can make a profit, but this is ridiculous. I would never think of cheating someone but I think my only option is to ask for the ISK first. I will NOT get stolen from and I know that I can and will pay up. However, for those assholes out there, this just encourages stealing and theft. I don't know why they didn't set up interface where it shows what one side is offering and what the other side is offering and you both have to confirm. This is unfair and preys on those with a trusting nature and those who are new.
Will I seem like I am trying to cheat people if I ask for ISK first?

I have about 500 million ISK worth of things selling and unfortunately I had to say "Send me ISK first". However, I did say that if I didn't pay my items in 7 days of them sending me ISK, they could send a ticket and I would willingly be banned. I hate how easy this makes it to cheat people out of money.

It's kind of their policy to be hands off when it comes to in-game item exchanges. Go ask EVE players if they'd enjoy a trust based trading mechanic.
LOL, I just texted an EVE buddy of mine and he said, and I quote, "I don't trust anyone but me, myself, and I when it comes to EVE. There's too many assholes in it for themselves and I am one of those assholes. If they had trust-based trading, I think that less than 1% of us would use it and only .01% wouldn't be stolen from at one point or another."

I feel like there's only gonna be 10% of honest sellers (including me). I even made the offer to get my account willingly banned if I didn't respond within 7 days of the trade
